Now you can combine leadfree brass fittings with Uponor's PEX tubing, EP offering and ProPEX OutoftheWall Support System for a complete leadfree solution from the inlet to the faucet. The new leadfree offerings feature Uponor's unique ProPEX fitting system for strong, durable connections without the need for torches, glues, solvents or gauges. Wirsbo 1" Copper Valved Manifolds (type L copper) feature 1/2" ProPEX outlets. A soldered valve connection allows for simple and easy isolation of individual loops. Sections can sweat together to extend the number of outlets using a standard 1" copper coupling. Do not exceed accepted flow rates for 1" nominal copper. Both 1" ends are copper pipe size and will require a copper end cap, coupling or transition fitting to make the proper system connection.
